Compassionate, Evidence-Based Care for Every Community Member

At Federal City Recovery Services, we believe that addiction and mental illness can affect anyone—regardless of age, background, or life experience. That’s why we’re committed to providing inclusive, patient-centered treatment and recovery services across seven licensed locations in Washington, DC.

Our Clients Include

  • Individuals with Co-Occurring Disorders: We specialize in treating those facing both substance use disorders (SUDs) and related mental health conditions, with integrated care plans that address the full picture of each client’s health.

  • Parents, Families & Caregivers: We work with adults who are rebuilding their lives for their children, partners, or extended families—and we involve family systems as allies in the recovery process.

  • Court-, School-, and Employer-Referred Clients: We serve individuals referred by criminal justice systems, schools, or workplaces—helping clients fulfill mandated treatment requirements while building real-world tools for recovery and accountability.

  • Teens and Young Adults: Adolescents and young adults face unique challenges with addiction and behavioral health. Our age-appropriate services focus on early intervention, education, family engagement, and long-term stability.

  • Professionals and Working Adults: We support working individuals—including business professionals—who are balancing career pressures with the need for confidential, flexible, high-quality care.

  • People Facing Homelessness or Housing Instability: We believe that housing status should never be a barrier to treatment. Our programs are open to individuals experiencing homelessness or living in temporary or transitional housing.

  • Returning Citizens and Ex-Offenders: We provide clinical care and reentry support for individuals transitioning back into society following incarceration, with a focus on reducing relapse and promoting lasting recovery.
