Referred clients must be willing to accept the programs assistance in arresting their substance abuse issues and receive stabilization and reintegration services.

Referred clients can be dually diagnosed. However, their condition must be stabilized by medication and they must be cognitive enough to realize the program concepts we offer. (All referred clients must be able to participate in Group and Community Based counseling, treatment, and activities).
